Many people with dyslexia struggle with low self esteem, which could become worse if struggling with issues at work or at home. They can also be more prone to stress, especially when their normal coping mechanisms are under pressure. In challenging times it is good to have a good support network who you can talk to about your situation, and where you can get advice.

This may include:

  • Helplines
  • Friends and Family
  • Adult Peer Support Groups.
